ANDREW RONAY, Partner.

Prior to co-founding Ronay & Ronay in 2000, Andrew held senior positions in the engineering, automobile and leisure industries and subsequently provided a range of consultancy services to the construction industry. Since establishing Ronay & Ronay he has successfully completed numerous assignments for senior personnel throughout the construction sector.

Andrew was educated at Chiswick Grammar School and St Catherine's College, Oxford. He gained four blues at athletics, and represented Great Britain as a sprinter.

GEORGIA RONAY, Partner.

Prior to co-founding the partnership with Andrew Ronay, Georgia worked for a West End search practice initially as a researcher, then as a consultant and as a team leader. She has excellent research skills and leads on the research and administration of all assignments.

Georgia began her career in the leisure industry, where she was involved in the development and launch of new health club facilities. She completed a part-time BA Honours Degree in Politics from Kingston University in 2006 and returned to work in 2010 following the birth of her son.
