We typically work with either the Chief Executive, Managing Director, recruiting Line Director or Manager, or through a central Human Resources function. We work closely with our clients, taking a detailed brief, and subsequently updating clients about the progress of each assignment on an ad hoc basis, and by formal weekly reports. An assignment is only completed when the preferred candidate has joined your business and satisfactorily completed their initial period of employment.
